The Regulations are made available free of charge in a manner allowing them to be obtained, reproduced and stored. Placing an order requires acceptance of the Regulations and review of the Privacy Policy. Sales are conducted within the territory of the Republic of Poland.

§ 3. Technical requirements
Using the Website requires: a device with Internet access, a current browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled, and an active e-mail address. Presenting the Ticket at entry requires a device displaying the QR Code or a printout. Detailed rules for providing services are set out in the separate Terms of Electronic Services.
§ 4. Tickets and their nature
All Tickets are electronic. A Ticket contains a unique QR Code entitling one person to a single entry; it becomes invalid once scanned. The number of Tickets is limited by the venue capacity and the pool for the given Event; availability is presented in real time.
Entry to Events organized by Drugi Dom is available only to persons who are at least 18 years old. The Organizer is entitled to verify a participant's age by requesting an identity document.
§ 5. Placing an order and conclusion of the contract
A Ticket is purchased without creating an account (purchase as a Guest). The Website does not maintain user accounts, registration or logins and does not require setting passwords. Repeated access to purchased Tickets is provided by the My Tickets feature (§ 7).
To place an Order, the Buyer selects an Event and the number of Tickets, provides an e-mail address, accepts the Regulations and confirms review of the Privacy Policy and of the information on the absence of the right of withdrawal (§ 9), and then makes the payment. A seat reservation lasts 15 minutes, after which the seats return to the pool. The contract is concluded upon confirmation of payment by the Payment Operator. Prices presented on the Website are gross prices in Polish złoty and include applicable taxes.
§ 6. Payments
Payments are handled exclusively through the Payment Operator (Przelewy24), including BLIK, payment card and instant transfer. The Seller does not store payment card data. Upon request submitted to tickets@drugidom.club no later than 3 months from the end of the month of sale, the Seller issues an invoice.
§ 7. Delivery and repeated access to the Ticket
The Ticket is delivered in electronic form to the e-mail address provided in the Order, automatically and immediately after confirmation of payment by the Payment Operator, no later than within 24 hoursof that confirmation. If you do not receive the Ticket, please check your "spam" folder and contact tickets@drugidom.club. At the Buyer's request, the Seller resends the Ticket solely to the e-mail address used for the purchase.
The Website provides a My Tickets feature enabling repeated access to Tickets without creating an account: the Buyer provides the e-mail address used for the purchase, and the Website sends to that address a one-time verification code (or link) with a limited validity period. After verification the Buyer sees their active Tickets, can download the Ticket again and display the QR Code. The feature does not create an account or password; access is one-time and expires.
§ 8. Using the Ticket and entry to the Event
Entry requires presenting a valid Ticket with a legible QR Code and its successful verification. The QR Code is single-use — the first successful scan grants entry, and every subsequent scan is rejected. The Buyer is obliged to protect the Ticket and not to share the QR Code with third parties.
The Organizer is entitled to refuse entry to, or remove from the Event, a person who:
- does not hold a valid Ticket;
- is under 18 years old or refuses to present a document confirming their age;
- possesses prohibited substances, dangerous objects or items that may pose a threat to the health or life of participants;
- is under the influence of alcohol or intoxicants;
- behaves aggressively or in a manner threatening safety, violates public order, the venue rules or the Event rules, or the law.
The Organizer or security services acting on its behalf are entitled to inspect a participant and their luggage before entering the Event area; refusal to submit to inspection constitutes grounds for refusal of entry. The Organizer's order rules and the venue rules apply on the Event premises.
During Events, photographs and audio and video recordings are made and used by the Organizer for documentary, promotional and marketing purposes; the rules for processing image are set out in the Privacy Policy. Refusal of entry for reasons attributable to the participant does not entitle them to a refund of the Ticket price.
§ 9. No right of withdrawal from the contract
Pursuant to Article 38(12) of the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights, the right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to a Consumer in respect of contracts for the provision of services related to leisure, sporting or cultural events if the contract specifies the day or period of performance. Tickets concern Events on a designated date, and therefore the Consumer has no right to withdraw from the contract. This information is provided before placing the Order, and the Buyer confirms having read it. The above does not exclude entitlements in the case of cancellation or rescheduling of an Event (§ 10) or in respect of complaints.
§ 10. Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds
In the case of cancellation of an Event, the Buyer is entitled to a refund of the Ticket price, using the same payment method, no later than within 14 days of being informed of the cancellation. In the case of rescheduling, the Ticket remains valid for the new date; if the new date does not suit the Buyer, they may request a refund within 14 days of the change being announced. In the case of a material change to the Event conditions (in particular a change of venue or headline performer), a right to a refund applies under the Complaints and Refunds Policy.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the Event programme, line-up, performance times and the order of artists; such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund of the Ticket unless they cause a material change to the nature of the Event. For open-air Events, unfavourable weather conditions do not constitute grounds for a refund if the Event took place in accordance with the Organizer's decision. The Ticket price is not refundable where the Event took place as described and the Buyer did not attend. Details are set out in the Complaints and Refunds Policy.
§ 11. Complaints
Complaints may be submitted to tickets@drugidom.clubor in writing to the Seller's registered address. A complaint should include the Order number, a description of the problem and the Buyer's request. The Seller examines the complaint promptly, no later than within 14 days of receipt. The detailed procedure is set out in the Complaints and Refunds Policy.
§ 12. Liability
The Seller is liable for the proper performance of the contract under the rules laid down by law. The Seller is not liable for the consequences of providing incorrect data (in particular an incorrect e-mail address), sharing the Ticket or QR Code with third parties, or interruptions in the availability of the Website resulting from circumstances beyond its control (force majeure, service provider failures, actions of third parties). These provisions do not exclude or limit liability towards the Consumer to the extent that it is impermissible under mandatory provisions of law.
§ 13. Prohibition of resale and abuse
The Ticket is intended for personal use. Resale of Tickets for profit, in particular above face value, without the Seller's written consent, is prohibited. The Seller may invalidate a Ticket that is reasonably suspected of having been acquired or used in breach of the Regulations (unauthorized resale, fraud, circumvention of security measures). If a Ticket is invalidated for reasons not attributable to the Buyer, the Seller refunds the Ticket price.
§ 14. Personal data
The controller of Buyers' personal data is the Seller. The rules for processing data are set out in the Privacy Policy, and the rules for the use of cookies in the Cookies Policy.
§ 15. Out-of-court dispute resolution
A Consumer may use out-of-court methods of handling complaints and pursuing claims, in particular by applying to a permanent amicable consumer court or the provincial inspector of the Trade Inspection, and may also seek the assistance of the district (municipal) consumer ombudsman. Detailed information is available on the website of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (uokik.gov.pl).
§ 16. Final provisions
In matters not governed by these Regulations, Polish law applies, in particular the Civil Code, the Consumer Rights Act and the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means. The Seller reserves the right to amend the Regulations for important reasons; Orders placed before an amendment are governed by the Regulations in force at the time the Order was placed. The provisions of the Regulations do not limit Consumers' rights arising from mandatory provisions of law.
